This website, Rigel The Jewel House(“we”, “us”, “our”), is operated by Rigel Jewel House, a Proprietorship with its registered office at 45, Anna Nagar, Madurai – 625020, Tamil Nadu, India. We retail gold, silver and imitation jewellery to customers in India through this website.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen.

• • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• • Gold and silver jewellery prices reflect prevailing metal rates and may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time you complete payment.
• • Product images are representative. Slight variation in colour, finish, weight and dimensions is normal for handcrafted jewellery.
• • We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not amount to acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the items. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery to an area we do not service.

Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited(Razorpay). By paying online you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials — these are handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS-compliant systems. Cash on Delivery, where offered, is subject to serviceability of your PIN code and any COD limit shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Order cancellation, return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or interfere with its operation.
• • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

All content on this website — including the Rigel The Jewel House name and logo, text, product photography, graphics and page design — is owned by or licensed to Rigel Jewel Houseand is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum, the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
